REGISTRATION FEES

The registration fee includes:

• Access to scientific sessions
• Entry to the exhibition area
• Organization fee

A 20% VAT will be added to the registration fees.

Prior to the meeting, the full participation fee must be transferred to the TKD bank account provided below.

MEETING PACKAGE FEES

Includes:

• Two coffee breaks per day
• One soft drink with lunch per day
• A 20% VAT will be added to the participation fees.
• Participants must pay the 4 days Meeting Package fee in addition to the congress registration fee.
• Entry to the congress venue will not be permitted for participants who have not completed this payment.

ACCOMMODATION FEES

Accommodation Fees and Taxes

• The 2-night package prices cover the period from September 25, 2025, to September 27, 2025 (checkout date).
• The 3-night package prices cover the period from September 25, 2025, to September 28, 2025 (checkout date).
• A 10% VAT and a 2% accommodation tax will be added to all prices mentioned above.
• Accommodation fees are package prices and cannot be split.
• VAT is not included in the accommodation fees. A 10% VAT and a 2% accommodation tax will be applied to the accommodation costs.
• The agency reserves the right to cancel accommodation requests if the payment has not been completed.

TRANSFER FEES

• A 20% VAT will be added to all transfer fees.
• Transfer details must be submitted in writing to Invictus Congress officials at least 3 days before the start of the meeting.
• During the meeting, all accommodation and transfer fees must be paid to the Invictus Congress bank account listed below.
• The stated prices are valid for group transfers. For private transfers, please contact the organization secretariat.

Cancellation Policy

• All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Invictus Tourism Congress and Organization Services.
• For cancellations made before July 15, 2025, a refund will be issued after deducting a 10% bank fee from the paid registration and accommodation fees.
• For cancellations made after July 15, 2025, no refunds will be provided.
• After July 15, 2025, only name changes will be accepted.
• All refunds will be processed after the congress.
